Chelsea Target Atletico Madrid star Diego Costa

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is all set to make a bid for Brazilian forward Diego Costa as his major summer signing, according to the reports in Daily Star.

There is no doubt, Mourinho will try and lure the 25-year-old striker to his strikeforce – who has already committed his future with the Spanish club Atletico Madrid for this season and he could be available for the summer signing.

Costa has been in sensational form this season, scored 23 goals in just 22 games. He has a £32m buy-out clause in his current contract.

Costa is considered as a “hot property” in Europe and Atletico Madrid are aware of this and might retain the services of him for the another two-year.
