Juventus are reportedly close to agreeing a deal for Chelsea midfielder Nemanja Matic, according to The Express.
The Serbian was a key player at the west London club under former boss Jose Mourinho during previous season, but has now lost his regular place after a disappointing displays under interim manager Guus Hiddink.
It is now believed that the 27-year-old is among the names to be linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge ahead of the arrival of incoming manager Antonio Conte, who is expected to make a couple of changes to the struggling squad following the Blues’ poor start throughout the season.
Matic is said to have been in negotiation over a possible summer move to the Italian giants for more a week, with the potential transfer fee set to be around £20m region.
Having featured 40 times in all competitions for the Blues this term, the attacker has managed to score one goal while registering two assists.
