Man United considering £115m double swoop for Real Madrid superstars

Manchester United are reportedly keen on making a staggering £115m double swoop for Real Madrid superstars Cristiano Ronaldo and Sergio Ramos, according to Fichajes (as quoted by the Metro).

Both Ronaldo and Ramos handed in transfer requests following Madrid’s defeat to rivals Atletico Madrid.

The Red Devils have shown positive signs of recovery in recent week following a 1-0 victory over Watford on Wednesday night, the Old Trafford club are back into the track to earn a place in the Champions League positions.

It is understood that United will need to re- shape the squad during the summer transfer window in order to compete for the Premier League title next season.

The 20-time English champions may dispense the services of Dutchman Louis van Gaal at the end of the season but it is expected that whoever will replace, he will be handed a huge transfer war chest for the fresh requirement.

As a result, a couple of names have already been started linked with a move to the Old Trafford and now the reports from Spanish publication Fichajes have suggested, the Premier League giants will be reigniting their pursuit of highly-rated players in the form of Sergio Ramos and Cristiano Ronaldo.

It is understood that Manchester United are long time admirers of both Ronaldo and Ramos, the report claim that United are now ready to spend huge £115m to lure the pair to Old Trafford next season.
