The manager David Moyes is on the verge to be sacked by the defending Premier League champions Manchester United, according to the reports from Sky Sports.
With 11th Premier League defeat of the season, it seems impossible for the Red Devils to qualify for next season’s Champions League, especially following United’s defeat 2-0 against Everton on Sunday confirmed their exit to qualify for Europe’s most prestigious competition next season.
Sky sources claim that the club doesn’t want to believe that Moyes can be trusted with the £150m overhaul to carry out this summer and want to get rid of the 50-year-old Scottish football manager as soon as possible.
- It is understood that Moyes has been under scrutiny since 3-0 loss to Liverpool last month.
- Meanwhile, Ryan Giggs touted as his replacement until the end of the current season.
- The former Everton manager Moyes signed a six-year deal with the Red Devils last May, replacing the great Sir Alex Ferguson.
Who is Next?
Borussia Dortmund manager Jurgen Klopp, Holland manager Louis van Gaal and Paris St-Germain’s Laurent Blanc seems to be the possible replacements to replace David Moyes.
