The 26-year-old looked confident as he posed for a picture in a Chelsea kit after joining the Premier League champions from French side Nantes earlier this week.
Unfortunately, the Senegalese defender was left out of Chelsea’s Champions League squad.
This Saturday Chelsea will travel to Goodison Park in their next Premier League game against Everton as they look to get their title defence back on track.
