Official: Rafael joins Lyon from Man United
Lyon have announced the signing of Brazilian defender Rafael da Silva from Manchester United, the Ligue 1 outfit confirmed.
The 25-year-old has penned a four-year contract for an undisclosed fee, which will keep him at the France until June 2019.

He becomes Lyon’s third summer signing following the footsteps of Claudio Beauvue from Guingamp and Marseille defender Jeremy Morel.
The right-back joined United in 2008 and has made just 11 appearances for the Red Devils last season.
Rafael took to social media to thank his fans after ending his eight-year association with Manchester United.
