Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero has denied the rumours linking him with a move to with both La Liga giants Barcelona & Real Madrid, and insisted he will be remain with the Premier League champions next season, reports Sky Sports.
The 26-year-old striker, who is currently busy with Argentina World Cup squad in Brazil, has been in speculation to be linked with a return to Spain, though he admitted he is happy and has no intention of leaving the Etihad.
“There’s lots of talk about Real Madrid and Barcelona. It’s always the same every year,” Aguero told Spanish radio station – Cadena Copeto.
“But the truth is that I’m going to stay at City. I’m very happy and I’m going to continue there.”
The Argentina international, who joined the City in 2011 from Atletico Madrid for £38 million, has established himself as one of the best talents in Man City, who won two Premier League titles in three years, scoring 17 goals in 23 appearances this term.
The Citizens have also won the League Cup this season, under the guidance of Chilean manager Manuel Pellegrini.
