Jadon Sancho Transfer News: Premier League Clubs Weigh Up Free Agent Move
Several Premier League clubs are reportedly exploring a deal for Jadon Sancho, who remains without a club almost three months after leaving Manchester United, according to Football Insider.

Why Sancho Is Still a Free Agent
The 26-year-old winger’s contract at Old Trafford expired in June, leaving him free to join anyone without a fee. Concerns about his attitude and salary demands are thought to have made suitors cautious about committing.
Clubs in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Brazil and Turkey are understood to have made contact, while English sides are also assessing the situation. Nothing appears close, though, and the former Borussia Dortmund man is said to be in no rush, preferring to hold out for the right project.
Sancho’s Premier League Record
His English career has been a mixed bag. At United he managed 12 goals and six assists in 83 outings, rarely recapturing the sparkle that once made him one of Europe’s brightest young talents. His relationship with the club soured, hastening his exit.
Chelsea offered a brighter chapter. During a loan spell spanning 41 appearances, he registered five goals and 10 assists, thriving in a supporting attacking role. Life at Aston Villa under Unai Emery proved tougher, with just one goal and three assists from 39 games as he struggled to become a key figure.
Is a Free Transfer Worth the Gamble?
The lack of a transfer fee makes Sancho a tempting, low-cost option on paper. Any interested club must decide whether his output justifies his wage expectations and the reported behavioural baggage.
In our opinion, the Chelsea numbers show he still has quality when given clear responsibilities and a settled role. A club offering a performance-related contract, built around appearances and goals, could limit the financial risk considerably. Sancho’s challenge is proving his attitude has changed, because talent has never been the question.
