Liverpool have reportedly outlined their intentions to move for Sheffield United’s midfielder Sander Berge.

The Norway international, who is valued at around £25m by his club, has just begun his fourth season for the Championship outfit.

He has scored 9 goals in 66 matches since his arrival in 2020.

Surprisingly, the Reds are ready to match the reported £35m release clause in the Norwegian’s contract but have started negotiations with the Blades for a cheaper deal.
