Tottenham Hotspur Set to Make Bid for Fulham Defender Tosin Adarabioyo

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly set to make a formal bid for Fulham centre-back Tosin Adarabioyo, who is eager to join the club.

The expectation is that Spurs will soon make an offer for Adarabioyo, who has just one year left on his contract with Fulham.

Having already brought in several players during the summer transfer window, including Guglielmo Vicario, James Maddison, and Manor Solomon, the Lilywhites are now looking to strengthen their defence. They have been linked with moves for Bundesliga players Edmond Tapsoba and Micky van de Ven, but so far, no deals have been finalised.

To address their defensive needs promptly, Spurs may move ahead with an opening bid for Adarabioyo before other interested clubs can make their moves.

The 25-year-old has impressed since joining Fulham in 2020 and played a significant role in their impressive performance last season.

Adarabioyo’s status as a homegrown player is particularly appealing to Spurs, given the potential departure of academy product Japhet Tanganga.

His contract situation also makes a cost-effective deal more probable. However, Tottenham must act swiftly as other clubs are also interested in signing the talented defender.
