Wolves interested in Galatasaray defender Victor Nelsson?

Galatasaray defender Victor Nelsson has reportedly emerged as a transfer target for Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Bruno Lage’s side have been proactive in the transfer market, completing deals for Goncalo Guedes and Matheus Nunes.

However, Lage still wants to make more additions to his first-team squad before the end of the summer transfer window.

The West Midlands outfit are known to be interested in signing Stuttgart striker Sasa Kalajdzic, who is believed to be interested in moving to Molineux.

According to the Daily Mail, Lage ramped up his interest in bringing in Nelsson from Galatasaray over the coming days.

During his 12 months tenure at the Turkish giants, the centre-back racked up 47 starts in all competitions, he is currently regarded as a key part of the backline.

The Denmark international still has four years left to run on his contract.

The Turkish outfit have earned six points from their opening three games so far this season.
