Ashley Cole targeted by Liverpool, Barcelona and AC Milan

Former Chelsea star Ashley Cole, who was released by the Blues at the end of the last season, has getting offers from Barcelona, Liverpool and AC Milan, according to reports from the Daily Star.

The 33-year-old left-back has made 17 Premier League appearances for the Blues last season, and now the recent report suggesting that he is attracting interest from plenty of top football club for his signature as a free transfer.

Liverpool are reportedly monitoring the situation of the former England left-back since his career at Stamford Bridge was expired, with Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers looks to bolster his squad with quality defender in attempt to make a return to the Champions League next season.

Serie A giant – AC Milan are the another club, who are interested in Cole’s services and willing to offer him a tempting deal.

Even, Barcelona are on the list for Cole’s signature, as their newly appointed manager Luis Enrique looks to strengthen their defence in order to regain their La Liga title from Atletico Madrid.

However Blaugrana have options with the likes of Alba and Adriano, but it looks like the Catalan side is desperately looking to add more experienced defender to his squad.
