Dele Alli pens new Tottenham deal

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Dele Alli has committed his long-term future by signing a new five-year contract worth £25,000-per week that runs until the summer of 2021.

The England international only joined Spurs in the mid-season transfer window 2015, and being immediately loaned back to the Championship outfit MK Dons.

The 19-year-old winger made his Premier League debut against Manchester United in a 1–0 defeat at Old Trafford (August 2015) – having scored five goals in 26 appearances for the north Londoners.

His impressive performances this season have now been rewarded with fresh terms for another five years.

“Delighted to have signed a new long term deal,” the teenager wrote on his Twitter Page.

“Thanks to all the fans, players & staff that have helped me settle in.”

Tottenham are currently fourth in the league table and competing for a Champions League spot next season.
