Jurgen Klopp on the verge of becoming Liverpool manager by end of the week

Former Borussia Dortmund boss Jurgen Klopp is reportedly on the verge of joining Liverpool as the vacant manager position before the end of the week, according to BBC Journalist Ben Smith’s tweet.

Liverpool’s current handler Brendan Rodgers, whose time at the Merseyside-based club came to an end on Sunday – following a 1-1 draw with Everton, which left the Reds 10th in the division.

According to the Guardian, it appears that Klopp could be the next boss of the Premier League side by the end of the week.

The charismatic coach has won two Bundesliga titles and guided Dortmund to a Champions League final in 2013 during his seven years at the Signal Iduna Park.

Liverpool has struggled this season so far, with the club winning just one in their last six league outings, including 3-0 to West Ham and drawing with Norwich at Anfield.
