Liverpool eye long stay for Suarez
|Liverpool Chairman Tom Werner insists that the club should keep striker Luis Suarez ‘for a while’ for targeting Champions League qualification.
The Uruguayan has decided to stay at Anfield after the speculation over his future in January transfer window and recently he has completed his lengthy suspension ban.
There has been continuing talk with more than one club in summers over his future to move La Liga giants Real Madrid and a target for Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger, during the transfer window.
The Reds chairman Werner said in an interview with Daily Mirror that Liverpool have no intention of selling Suarez and he is ‘integral’ at Anfield.
