Paris Saint-Germain winger Lucas Moura has signed a new contract with the French champions that keeps him in the Parc des Princes through to 2019.
The Brazil international joined the Parisians from Sao Paulo in January 2013, has made 114 appearances including 22 UEFA Champions League games for the Ligue 1 outfit, winning eight trophies since that time.
“I am very happy! For me, playing here is a source of great pride,” the 22-year-old told the club’s official website. “I hope to continue helping my team win more and more trophies. My dream is to become a part of the club’s history.”
Moura helped the club to three consecutive league titles, scoring 8 goals in 46 appearances this season.
His contract extension is the positive sign from Laurent Blanc’s side to bolster the squad while keeping their best players.
