Spurs striker Harry Kane on Real Madrid radar
|Real Madrid are reportedly planning a January swoop for Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane, as per Don Balon.
The 22-year-old has been in sensational form in recent weeks, scoring eight goals in this premier league season so far.
It is understood Karim Benzema is Madrid’s current first-choice forward, but the Frenchman has been struggling with injuries, therefore club’s manager Rafael Benitez is said to be looking for world class striker in front.
Kane has featured against several top clubs in the Premier League and has created 14 chances so far, with only three of his Spurs teammates having outperformed him.
The England international, whose current contract at the White Hart Lane is due to run until the summer of 2020 and Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino would be hugely reluctant to sell him in the coming future.
Meanwhile, Kane’s suitors Real Madrid are leading at the top of their Champions League group.
