Chelsea squad for Champions League: Djilobodji excluded

Chelsea’s Champions League squad has been confirmed, with both Bertrand Traore and Kenedy are included in the 23-man army but deadline day signing Papy Djilobodji has been left out.

With the summer transfer window closed, clubs have had to submit their squad for the group stages of the 2015-16 Champions League, begins on Sept. 15.

It is confirmed, Djilobodji is not in the Champions League squad and it is hard to believe how the Senegalese defender is going to make into first team at Stamford Bridge this Premier League season.

Elsewhere, both Kenedy and Traore has got their places after enjoying a very successful campaign during pre-season.

Kenedy joined the Blues from Brazilian side Fluminense over the summer and rather than going out on loan the 19-year forward has come straight into the first-team.
