The England right-back was a regular last season under Ronald Koeman at South Coast, has scored three goals in 41 appearances in all completion last season. He follows Ings, Milner, Bogdan, Gomez and Firmino in joining the Reds revolution.
Clyne will replace Glen Johnson, who will leave the Anfield when his contract expires in July.
Here is how Twitter reacts to Clyne’s arrival:
We have gone Glen Johnson to Nathaniel Clyne. Very happy indeed. #LFC

Welcome to the club Nathaniel Clyne. It’s not an easy task replacing Glen Johnson but under Flanagans guidance Im sure you’ll excel.

The 3 signings of Milner, Firmino and Clyne will improve our 11 hugely. Now a top striker needed.

Antonio Valencia is not better than Clyne at RB, just no way. The guy only has one foot and is so predictable.

Look at Chelsea, United, City etc. all either have sub-standard or ageing right backs. We’ve done very well to snap up Clyne.

If Clyne is meant to be delivering crosses to Benteke, I feel a certain Downing-Carroll vibe here.
