LA Galaxy announces the signing of Liverpool ace Steven Gerrard

The Major League Soccer franchise LA Galaxy have officially announced the signing of the former England captain Steven Gerrard from Liverpool.

The defending MLS champions have also confirmed that the midfielder will join the club after the conclusion of the current Premier League season.

The 34-year-old has agreed to an 18-month deal to play for the American club after his Red’s contract expires in July.

Gerrard has won 10 trophies during his 17-year spell at Anfield.
